An E-mail confirming successful transmission of your order will be sent to you.
We aim to despatch all orders within 3 days. However, please allow up to 14 days for delivery within the UK. Please contact our Customer Services Department for delivery charges to destinations outside the UK.
Only one delivery address per order please for sales from the web site. To deliver to more than one address please place separate orders.
If you wish to take delivery of your order at work or have your order delivered to a neighbour or relative who will take delivery for you, please insert their name and address in the 'Delivery Address' panel. Use the delivery address panel too if the order is a gift that you would like to be sent direct to the recipient.

how to order
You can order products from us online, or by post, telephone, e-mail or fax.
To order online you will be asked to register with the site. Once registered, all personal details are remembered for ease of use when shopping with us again.
To order simply place the product in your basket by clicking on the 'buy now' panel next to the product.
Carry on shopping by selecting as many products as you wish. When you have finished, 'check out' to submit the order.
This will then show you which products you have chosen and the cost for the total order. You will then be asked to confirm the delivery address and input your payment details.
After you have entered these details, you will be taken to a review screen where you can check that the details are correct. If they are wrong, simply go back and amend the mistakes.
Once you are happy with your order, just confirm and press the Make Payment button. The order will then be sent to us to process. An E-mail confirming receipt of the order will be sent.

why you must enter your details
We need your name and address to process your order.
Your details are used to validate payment, and so the invoice address that you give must be the billing address for your credit/debit card.
You may specify a different name and address for delivery if necessary.
This can be done when viewing your basket once you have logged in.
Please read the section entitled 'security' below to find out about how sensitive information is treated.

We may occasionally make our mailing list available to other carefully selected organisations with special offers that may be of interest to you.
